Shipping and Return Policy

Return Policy:
We take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order. You are able to exchange non-custom apparel within 7 days of receipt. All sales are final on custom apparel and items. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with a clear description and photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Order Approval:
All items are approved by the buyer prior to shipping to ensure satisfaction with the final design and details. Once approved, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

Digital Items:
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or returns are available once the files have been delivered.

Shipping Policy:
All custom physical items require 2–14 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
